Premieres with D23
One special part of my current role is getting to host D23 Gold Members at select movie and show premieres. They get a chance to walk the carpet and rub elbows with some of their favorite stars at fan areas on the carpet and more. This is a great benefit to D23 Membership, and I’m fortunate to work with the incredible premiere team to deploy RSVP’s, build out event pages and create marketing beats around these exclusive experiences. From there, I work with our Guest Relations team to ensure our invite list and making sure our guests have the correct details on attending the premiere.
Once we arrive on site, I assist in the check-in process and giving details to all D23 Members in attendance, then help in escorting them to their experiences after the carpets. It’s a total blast and a great way to bring fans closer to the action than they ever thought possible.
